Is Trade Desk Ultimate a broker?
No. It executes and monitors through your own brokerage accounts. It never holds or has custody of your money.
Does it guarantee profits?
No. Trading carries real risk of loss. T.D.U. is tooling for running your own strategies with discipline — not a promise of any result.
Is any of this financial advice?
No. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Your trading decisions are entirely your own.
Does it trade for me?
No — and that's the point. The desk surfaces alerts when the guardrails and rules you set are triggered; you approve or deny every order yourself. Nothing reaches the market without your yes. It's protection and control, not a hands-off bot.
What does "Guardian mode" mean?
Guardian brings your connected accounts, research and protection alerts into one desk. You place trades manually and choose whether to add supported fixed or trailing stops. Without your stop selection, TDU does not automatically execute a stop for that trade. Strategy subscriptions are separate add-ons.
What can it trade?
Equities, crypto, and forex today, through supported brokers, with more on the roadmap.
Do I stay in control?
Always. Paper-first by default, human approval for live orders, and an armed kill-switch you can hit at any time.
How am I billed?
Securely through Stripe, with any applicable sales tax added at checkout. US customers only. Cancel anytime.
What is the Guardrails Guarantee?
A warranty on the product's behavior, not on profits. If the desk fails to honor the max-loss, stop, or kill-switch limits you configured, we refund your subscription. It guarantees discipline — not market outcomes.
Is there a free trial?
No. Monthly and annual plans are charged at purchase and renew on the schedule you choose. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the time already paid for.
Does it protect my gains, or just cap my losses?
Both. The stop tightens as the trade moves your way, by a percentage that you selected at trade origin, so the gains you've made get locked in behind it. It can't promise a profit — it enforces the exit most investors don't.
Who can see my accounts, my keys, and my money?
Only you. The codes your brokerage gives you for connecting apps — you'll see them labeled "API Key" and "API Secret" — are typed once into your own desk at setup and stay there, on your machine. They never touch our servers, and we never have access nor custody of your assets. Consider the desk your brokerage consolidator: it tracks everything you do in the markets and puts 24/7 data, your watchlist, investment-related news, company fundamentals and loss-mitigation support modeled after the best hedge funds, in your pocket.

Choose a VPS plan for a private server in your own DigitalOcean or equivalent account; hosting is billed separately by that provider. A Local plan runs the desk on compatible always-on hardware and includes required assisted setup and ongoing care. Review the Local hardware requirements with our care team before purchase. Your computer and paired phone open the same desk.
What if I'm not technical?
The VPS setup wizard guides you through server setup and connecting your accounts. Local plans include assisted setup and ongoing care in one required subscription. Care cannot be removed from a Local plan. Compare the four plans, or contact us for help choosing the right setup.
