Effective [OWNER/COUNSEL: effective date] · Last updated [OWNER/COUNSEL: date]

This page summarizes key disclosures for Trade Desk Ultimate (T.D.U.). It is provided for convenience and does not replace the full Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, which control if there is any conflict.

01Substantial risk of loss

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and you should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Hypothetical, simulated, and past performance do not guarantee future results.

02Not a broker, adviser, or custodian

T.D.U. is software for operating and monitoring your own strategies through brokerage accounts you control. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, or money transmitter. It never holds, custodies, or moves your funds, and it never takes possession of your assets.

03No advice and no recommendations

Nothing provided through T.D.U. or on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. All trading decisions are solely your own.

04No performance claims; illustrative interfaces

Any terminals, tickets, figures, or status readouts shown on this site are illustrative and do not represent live trading, real account data, or any actual or achievable result. T.D.U. makes no representation or guarantee regarding performance, profitability, or outcomes of any kind.

05Your responsibility

You are responsible for your brokerage credentials, your configuration and risk settings, your compliance with applicable laws and the rules of your broker and trading venues, and every order you approve. You are responsible for reviewing activity in your own accounts.

06Third-party brokerages and payment

Brokerage services are provided by third parties under their own agreements, and payment is processed by our Merchant of Record (the seller of record) under its terms. T.D.U. is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
