This policy applies to the Trade Desk Ultimate marketing website and the related Software. It does not apply to third-party services you connect or use, such as your brokerage or our payment processor (Stripe), which are governed by their own privacy policies.

The public website is largely static and does not require an account to browse. We may collect: (a) information you choose to provide, for example when you contact us; (b) limited technical information from hosting and content-delivery logs, such as IP address and basic request data, used for security and reliability; and (c) no third-party analytics data — this website currently uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Payment information is collected and processed solely by Stripe, our payment processor; we never receive or store your full payment-card details.

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the website and Software; to respond to your inquiries; to process and support your subscription through our payment processor; and to comply with legal obligations, including U.S. sales-tax requirements.

This website uses no non-essential cookies and no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Only strictly necessary cookies — those required for the site to function and to keep it secure — may be used, and these do not track you across other sites. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and Software (for example, our hosting provider and Stripe, our payment processor), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Service providers are bound to use the information only as needed to provide their services.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR gives you these rights and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We operate from the United States, and information we process is handled there. If you access the website or Software from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where a cross-border transfer requires a specific safeguard, we rely on an approved mechanism (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses) or another lawful basis.
